I need my refund

I joined Cartrack in 2018 January and the contract was for 3 years and after 3 years they were supposed to call me to renew my contract so I could keep paying the R242.00 or they were supposed to automatically move me to a month to month contract for R99.00 , they didn't renew my contract and for 4 years till May 2025 they continued debiting my acc for a full R242.00 then I got a call from marketers saying my contract expired and I'm not covered and now I called Cartrack to enquire and was advised my debit order was supposed to be R99.00 since 2021 and when I requested for a refund they say they can refund as I'm still on a month to month contract but the month to month contract is for R99.00 and yet they continue debiting R242.00 I need my refund for R6864.00 that I was over charged for 4 years.
