I need fair treatment .same I was given when they recruited me.was I wrong to cancel services if I was disappointed twice

I am very much disappointed with this company I received bad service and when i wanted to cancel it I was sent from pillar to post. Now I am tortured by their legal team and the iarrears are building up.the threats are bad worse than their service.
