I made a payment of R199 for a tracking unit to be fitted in my car a day after I bought it, They called me to schedule a date for fitment and all went well, until the day the fitment was scheduled, I took leave from work (unpaid) as to have the fitment done, their technician called me around 11am and told me he is available and would do the fitment later the same day.. He never showed up, The next week they called me to reschedule, I took another day of leave (again unpaid), once again the technician never showed up.. It has now been almost a month after payment and I still haven't received the service I paid for..
