I logged a refund request for a De & Re on the 2nd of December, with a waiting period of 14 working days

I logged a refund request for a De & Re on the 2nd of December, with a waiting period of 14 working days. Every time I call them they tell me nonsensical ******* about when I logged the refund. They are the worst, the accounts department is completely useless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!
