I joined Cartrack with a hope that they a good company as they always advertise themselves. Their system is not working they can't find the position of the vehicle. I do not know what service are we paying for. I want to cancel the contract with them

Catrack is useless we are paying them for no service. I called them several times to track my vehicle ghey always tell me wrong position. I wonder if it can get ****** how are they going to find it. I want to cancel the contract with them and join another company.
