I joined cartrack because they convinced me that if they don't recover the car ,they will pay me R150 000 cash

I joined cartrack because they convinced me that if they don't recover the car ,they will pay me R150 000 cash. I got hijacked in June 2025 and they couldn't recover the car till today. I submitted a claim for recovery warranty and what I got is a regret email that say they won't pay me a cent because I didn't contact them quarterly.
