I installed cartrack on a vehicle which was returned to the dealer because it was faulty I phoned cartrack for de installation gave them the adress off the dealer and the contact person they said they will arrange for de installation and installation on the new vehicle but after some time not hearing from them they phoned me for not paying and then it came out that they did not de install and the car was not at the dealer it was sold to someone else with the device the first agent could not help me with this problem but today Princess Malatsi helped me so nice and friendly I believe that I'll be able to sort this now.
