I have two cars with car track

I have two cars with car track. The one has a time delay of over a week. So if my car gets ****** today. They will only get today's GPS location a week later. But they are adamant that the GPS is working. Which I am not questioning. It's the accuracy these ******s don't seem to understand. I have tried numerous times to get them to send out a tech to check the GPS but they are refusing because according to their system the GPS is working. The current location on cartrack for my car is about 40km from where it actually is.
