I have tried for 3 days now to get a technician out to me

I have tried for 3 days now to get a technician out to me. Sipho promised everytime that it will be done on the day! Nothing!! Today, almost a week later I dialed the emergency line. I was absolutely 'saved' by Mpho. She arranged with scheduling to do it today. She was the only person ever, in this scenario to actually return my call when the call got dropped! Thank you Mpho! Let's see if today happens!
