I have scheduled an appointment with their technician for yesterday 15:00 ,so around to 16:00 I checked with them and I was to my appointment is not yesterday but today 12:00 after ,around 13:00 I checked with them again cos there was still no communicat

I have scheduled an appointment with their technician for yesterday 15:00 ,so around to 16:00 I checked with them and I was to my appointment is not yesterday but today 12:00 after ,around 13:00 I checked with them again cos there was still no communication from their side,then they told me my appointment was scheduled for yesterday.and all this is inconveniencing me
