I have requested for cancelation for one of my contracts with them which had expired last year September

I have requested for cancelation for one of my contracts with them which had expired last year September. They confirmed on the phone that it was canceled but they continued to deduct. I disputed the payments and logged numerous complaints with them but they never gave me feedback. They never even gave me reference number for all my complains. I am the one who kept on calling them having to deal with their ***********, unprofessional and very rude consultants and managers. My credit profile has been messed up because they couldn't resolve my query. My account has been handed over to the lawyers.
