I have problem with Cartrack it's started on January 2024 when I switched my bank account from Capitec to Nedbank with them

I have problem with Cartrack it's started on January 2024 when I switched my bank account from Capitec to Nedbank with them. Where they added some other unthorized additional debit order. I did try to call client service 4 times without any help and denied debit hence show their reference on my bank statement Enerst Khambule from Cartracker claimed will help to cancelled unthorized debit order but did not happened until they deducted again this February 2024. Your wrongly data capturing or typo costs me lots of money every month with amendment and reversing the money....my credit score review is bad now cause by your data capture. I'm not happy at all😢
