I have personally visited Cartrack Offices situated in Garsfontein Road, Menlyn, Pretoria and my issue was not resolved

I have personally visited Cartrack Offices situated in Garsfontein Road, Menlyn, Pretoria and my issue was not resolved. I sent numerous emails to Cartrack (***) none of which has been acknowledged nor rep**** to. I spoken to numerous staff (including Phumlile Sithole, Sibongile Hlatshwayo, Bongi Reselai, Zenzile Malatsi and many others) of Cartrack. Each staff person provides a different information. Some staff members (Zenzile Malatjie) promised to send me an email immediately. These staff members failed to adhere to their promise. This query has been dragging on for the last three months without any resolution in sight.
