I have no words for how bad the service and product is

The service of Cartrack is unbelievably bad and the product even worse, since day one with them i have been having issues. Car battery keeps gets drained every day and after numerous calls as requesting for them to test the unit they just do not pitch and do not even phone back, costing me to buy a new battery for my car and the new battery is not even 2 months old and i am sitting with the same issue even after they "tested" the unit is "fine" telling me it is something else or the battery. I had to take the car in to an auto electrician for diagnostic testing and not to my surprise it is the tracking device installed by Cartrack that tested fine according to them that is causing the issues.

So costing me a new battery and a diagnostic test, wonder if they will pay me my money back for that not to speak about the device warranty that expired and now i have to pay more each month for a warranty on the device. pretty sure they will just test the unit again and say it is fine.
