I have been fighting with them for over a month now regarding a refund that they owe me

I have been fighting with them for over a month now regarding a refund that they owe me. The eventually refunded me just over half of the amount but have been keeping me waiting for the rest. They keep saying that there’s a process but when when you have to pay them, they want the payment done immediately. Terrible and pathetic customer service
