I have asked for them to give me a Cartrack report for the past 4 months and I am not getting

I have asked for them to give me a Cartrack report for the past 4 months and I am not getting. My unit is not working and I have been waiting to be allocated a technician. I have requested for my service to be terminated and I was advised the last debit order will go through and the cancellation will take place in 20 days. I’ve asked again for the unit to be fixed and I’m getting no luck. I’m just told of the money that will be debited
