I hadn’t driven my car in over two weeks and I guess my car battery disconnected. Cartrack was able to receive a power alert then called to find out if everything is okay with the car. Nonhlanhla Piatyi was patient enough to wait until I check the car in the garage and let her know the car is safe it’s just that I hadn’t driven it in the last 2 weeks.
