I had tracker device installed two days after l received by vehicle immediately l started having battery problems

I had tracker device installed two days after l received by vehicle immediately l started having battery problems. If l activate car watch for 2 days my battery goes flat. First l thought maybe it's the dealership. Towered car away dealership replaced battery. Guess what power drain happens again. Found out from car insurance company that they get these issues from people they installed the tracker from cartrack. My car fuses are burning down with all the jump start. I was told l will be put as priority but now am getting a month end date. If anything happens to my car it's on Cartrack because l have communicated this issue yet am not priority.
