I had the worst service ever

I had the worst service ever. Got 4-5 calls a day and no one could assist me. They all kept saying they have flagged my account for repairs and nothing was done in over a month. Then expected payments for faulty devices. It was unacceptable and unprofessional. Speaking to some of their consults was a waste of time such as Wilfred, Boitumelo, Avela, Paul, Nqobile. I am frustrated with their service. Now I have to pay a cancellation fee over 10x my monthly payment in one go and they don’t see the use of address my account due to faulty units
