I had put my car on carwatch. She called to check if i was okay. I did confirm that I was in an unfami**** area and that was my main reason for carwatch. She then confirmed with ne if i was safe or not. To which I confirmed i was safe. She was polite and friendly throughout our conversation. Thank you so much Lungile
