I had problem with car track for the past 2 to 3 years i have been with them in terms of alerts when there is a powerfailer due to repairs or when they identify my car driving in high risk areas, they could call and confirm if everything is okay.. Recently i just noticed that they are no longer calling me, they dont even call me if the battery terminals are off due to repairs. So i feel my car is no longer safe. Of course i have never have a car theft experience since joining them.
