I had issues with my account

I had issues with my account. I sent a query to the general email address. The Administrator, Refiloe Maruma, was extremely efficient. He reset my account to open it and granted me access within minutes. No back and forth with unnecessary questions and emails. I need to commend him on his excellent service delivery.
