I had an issue of my account being duplicated hence causing multiple debit orders. I got no assistance from all workers accept from one gentleman called Thulani Mabena who showed enthusiasm to his work and act professional, also according to the code of service. He did all follow ups and update me for reassurance. He deserve a great position of he's not a manager because he got all the clients need. I usually find a way to appreciate people who still have respect and being selfless to strangers. I'll find a way to reward him also myself, he deserve to know that he's doing great.
