I had an issue for months with my Cartrack profile

I had an issue for months with my Cartrack profile. I have spoken to more than 10 consultants for the past month . Today I called with the same issue which was not resolved and spoke to 6 different consultant, who still could not resolve my issue. With that being said, I called again and finally I found my super star 💫 consultant SIHLE MAKHATHANGANA. Sihle was brilliant, and very understanding, friendly, and also kind. Through out the call Sihle showed sympathy as I was frustrated and on the verge to cancel. The call was smooth and everything was explained properly and to detail.
