I had amazing service from Betsinyane Vilakazi. She was informed and also helped me with the process of the removal of my car tracker after it sold to another company. I was quite frustrated because this came after numerous calls with other call centre agents who were giving me the run around. It was great to speak to someone competant, calm and who knew who stuff. Black Excellence at its bestx She’s a great call centre agent. An asset to any team. I say this because I am also i have to deal with clients sometimes difficult and frustrated ones.
