I had a trailer ****** with their device installed and even today it's not recovered, but they kept billing me for it untill I came to hello piter then they called me, but still even today my mater is still not resolved

I had a trailer ****** with their device installed and even today it's not recovered, but they kept billing me for it untill I came to hello piter then they called me, but still even today my mater is still not resolved. As we speak now they just debited my account again without solving my problem. They care more about money than customer service. Till today I have not got my refund or an explanation regarding my account
