I had a payment arrangement made with cartrack which I have honored, during this time they tried to debit my account numerous times with amounts I have not authorized which failed at my bank and I have been charged for it

I had a payment arrangement made with cartrack which I have honored, during this time they tried to debit my account numerous times with amounts I have not authorized which failed at my bank and I have been charged for it. I also. Called in and was not assisted, I was told I'll get a call back but no1 has called since. Very disappointed with the service I am receiving
