I had a lovely service at cartrack as i was in the process of changing cars. I called in to ask what is the way forward as i have traded in my old car for a new one and inwas told about doing a de-installation abd Re-installation. One of the sales consultant by the name Palesa Mohodi came to my rescue as she managed to help me on my case. She told me that i dont need to do a DeRe as the new car had a Cartrack device so she opted we do a cancellation of the old device and do a change of ownership on the nee device. She helped me cancel at R0 and she saved me money as i have been an existing clients for couple of years now. She helped me not to pay th DeRe amount of R870 . Wow what a lovely lady to communicate with as she is patient and calm and she has good etiquette and helps with no hassle. BIG UPS TO PALESA MOHODI
