I had a great experience with the customer service I got from Katleho Moete while trying to navigate the Cartrack app. I was having trouble downloading camera footage and he was incredibly helpful, patient and clear in his instructions. He walked me through each step and made sure I understand how to use everything properly. Thanks to Katleho for his guidance, the app is now easier to use and much less intimidating. Great service!
