I had a challenge about site office in rustenburg because i went to their premises with a queries and they didn't assist me they just said i must call head officially

I had a challenge about site office in rustenburg because i went to their premises with a queries and they didn't assist me they just said i must call head officially.i called and waited for days to be assisted. Can they please improve their service if not i really don't see the for that office to be available because they are not assisting at all.
