I GOT BLACKLISTED FOR A CAR THAT IS NOT MINE!!!!!

I am currently unemployed and recently (4months ago) sold my car which has a car tracking unit installed by Car track I opened a contract with them last year and then lost my job in november last year , the new owner of the motor vehicle said and agreed to contact car track and take over the contract, he did not do that now I got black listed by the company for non payemnt on something that is not mine .

I understand that this establishment states that the new owners of motor vehicles has the right to say no they do not want to pay it however how is that fair ? How is it okay with you that somebody that does not want the car anymore including the tracker has to pay for something that is not theirs anymore ????? Yes i agreed to the terms and conditions last year but now how many times must i phone and tell you that I no longer own the car i cannot be held liable after the new owner of the car agreed that they will be taking it over ... now i get black listed? Im unemployed as it stands and then this ruined my life further .

So thank you car track for doing so and failing to protect your intial clients from being in a position where if they sell their car and the new owner has the option of not taking it but the old owner but stick with that responsibility because your company simply does not care.
