I got behind with my monthly premiums a while ago, every month they deduct the monthly subscription and sometimes twice. I left it like that, but last month they deduct almost R260 on the 26 of August, then I reversed it, because it was not deduction date, then when I got my salary they took almost R1100, so I reversed it again, then blocked the account. Meanwhile because I'm in arrears I don't get any services but they want their money. THIS SYSTEM IS SICK, YOU HAVE TO PAY WHEATHER YOU UP TO DATE OR NOT, NO SERVICES TILL YOU PAID UP. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR SERVICES FOR THAT LATE PAYMENS...
