I got a call from car tracker at around past 3 am,but nothing was wrong on the car,I set a car alert,now I'm asking one of your team member why I recieved a call she's telling me noone called u yet I'm telling her I got a call at that time

I got a call from car tracker at around past 3 am,but nothing was wrong on the car,I set a car alert,now I'm asking one of your team member why I recieved a call she's telling me noone called u yet I'm telling her I got a call at that time. The person was rude as well,showing no interest to what I'm saying
