I get calls early morning sometimes around 3AM about power alert n there’s nothing absolutely wrong with my car whenever I check it

I get calls early morning sometimes around 3AM about power alert n there’s nothing absolutely wrong with my car whenever I check it. I raised the issue with them n have promised to disable it but is still happening.
