I forgot to disarm my carwatch alert before starting my car and then Lufuno Masindi called me to confirm if everything was okay. She shared a very useful information pertaining to the hijacking code that I can use in case I am hijacked and the hijackers held me in gunpoint when Cartrack control room operators are calling. She was very friendly, professional and her willingness to assist further was cherry on top of the cake. We need more of her kind she was amazing 🙏
