I do not see my car locations and i called their number which i was told the customer care can only do this during normal hours

I do not see my car locations and i called their number which i was told the customer care can only do this during normal hours. So am told inhave to wait till then for me to see the locations. How do i sleep knowing that my car is at risk of them not able to locate it and still pay for the service
