I do not have a contract with CARTRACK

I have been waiting for feedback from car track as to why they say I owe them R300+ however I never signed a contract with them or even activated their services ???? been sending emails to their CEO escalations email, and the consultant once called and offered to call me back two weeks ago....to this date I haven't received a call back, but I received a notice that Summons have been issued ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????
