I decided to sell one of my cars and i was told to pay R2650 cancelation fees which I did last week Friday and also told to pay R50 to cancel road assistance for same car and when they approached me for road assistance I was told that it's not a contract I can cancel anytime and I asked them for the recording and they failed to send or proof me wrong. Now I've received email saying my services will be suspended for the cancelled car will affect all cars. Last month the same car stucked and stayed the hole night at the road because they didn't come since they promise to bring tow truck and didn't come. When I asked them they said my fone was off and they were calling me why they didn't call the alternative numbers to rich me if my fone was off ?
