I could not reach my driver and my vehicle was almost 2hrs late. I panicked and sent a whatsapp msg to cartrack. Although the whatsapp replyindicated that the office was shut but a few minutes later Tshepo phoned. He quickly put me at ease and then facilitated me getting the app with login deets and sent me a report. He assisted me with finding exactly what I was looking for. A very pleasant and patient person to talk to and I was a lot calmer knowing he was there to assist me.
