I can’t pay for this nonsense! I have reversed my money and I can used it to other tracking companies
I have logged a complain and promised a technician to fix the tracking device I am nt happy with people installing devices yet I found panels not closed correctly but then choose a bigger picture not to complain because I wasn’t in the house when they were installing their devices yet I need to take my car for a telematics device installation for my insurance yet I have waited for 3 weeks just for technician. I made a call last Thursday they have promised me to send a technician Friday. Today as I write I have an emergency they are telling me they can’t even send road assistance! Can someone assist in removing this useless device in my car

A technician came to my house and said he is not allowed to work in a car that the battery it’s drained yet you’re tracking device is the one causes the battery problem unfortunately he knew what could causes the problem of the battery drainage he said the problem it might have been the tracker installer might have pinned in a wrong wire that caused my battery not to last long yet the job card he was having was the repair of which the very same problem will still occur. So I requested a technician to call in the office and report the matter then tell the office to call me even now it’s almost end of the business day nothing from you as the manager said he will do the follow up and get back to me another disappointment
