I can't get my contract review

I've been using Cartrack for 2 years now, this is the third year. I've tried communicating with them, trying to get my contract review because they keep on debiting my account even though im alway on time. Called them a bunch of times they answer then tell me they'll get bact to me but never do. At some point the sent me reviews of another client called Fumanekile mbedu
