I called to request Cartrack to add my husband as sub-user as I am frequently out of the country

I called to request Cartrack to add my husband as sub-user as I am frequently out of the country. I spoke to Karabo Lebogo and was told they would send him an email he has to fill in his detail etc. He received the email filled in the necessary, but got kicked out everytime he has to choose a pass word. I am currently overseas and he got hold of your offices. Now they have no record of me requesting that. They claim that the calls are recorded. He was told I must communicate via WhatsApp.
