I called this morning when I had activated car watch on my app, when I opened my car I forgot to deactivate cat watch, cartrack sent me message asking me if everything is still OK, I pick up my phone and called cartrack where I've been helped by Sibongile Thapeli, woow, the lady solved my problem so quick and advise me that infuture I must deactivate b4 I opened my vehicle, I like the she explained to me, if you any problem this she can help you quickly, Thank you very for the service I received
