I called this mornin...

I called this morning my app not working....the lady said the call is breaking she can't hear me......I asked her can u pls call me back then. She rep**** " we don't call back" you most call us Vividly I remember when I single day pass without them receiving their money they will call every single minute but now I need assistance I ask her to call back she says they don't call this is nonsense
