I called on the 9th November to cartrack to replace my single way camera with the dual one

I called on the 9th November to cartrack to replace my single way camera with the dual one. I was told by Khanya Mathebula that I will have to pay an additional R350 per vehicle to have it replaced and I have 3 vehicles. I did ask the technician why is it that it's all single way cameras. I have all cameras installed less than a month ago
