I called in to see if my things are in order so we can schedule a fitting for the tracker, a lady called Refiloe Maruma helped me with checking the system and also she made sure that I receive the call today. 2 minutes after her hanging up I received a call from the scheduling team and now I'm sorted. That was a great customer service from her and her team, big ups to Cartrack for going the extra mile 👍
