I called in to do a device tester and Mpho assisted me

I called in to do a device tester and Mpho assisted me. But I think Cartrack should look into this thing of calling every three months for that benefit that says should something happen to your car they will pay a certain amount. Why do we have to call now and then. Why can’t that benefit just be activated as long as the policy is still active. Sometimes we forget to call meaning I will forfeit that benefit meanwhile I was paying for all those years. Please look into it.
