I called earlier because I needed assistance with getting a tracking device, I received a call from an amazing Nelisiwe Mlambo, oh can I just praise Nelly’s patience. It takes a very patient person, someone who loves her job to be that patient with customers. She was never bothered by how many questions I was asking as I needed clarity before I can agree to anything, what stood out for me was her continuous questions to ask if I understood before she proceeded. If cartrack’s employees are like Nelly, definitely the employees there are the best. She’s a definition of “do it with passion or don’t do it at all” Big ups to Nelisiwe Mlambo. She’s definitely the best and good at what she does.
