I called car track on Friday 09/08/24 regarding my vehicle warranty

I called car track on Friday 09/08/24 regarding my vehicle warranty. The consultant advised that he will get someone to call me on Saturday 10/08/24. Nobody called. I called car track this am at 10h35. Left a msg with tshego fatso. She advised that she will get someone to call me. It's now 11h54 n no one has returned my call. I guess there is no urgency regarding my matter. Thank u
