I bought the vehicle last week and was told it would arrive with Cartrak but not fitted on delivery. Was phoned this afternoon at 14:40 and made an appointment for 15:30. Was promised tech would phone in 5 mins to confirm. By 15:20 still no phone call. Phoned car track client services and eventually ended up for 15:30 tomorrow. I've been driving without a tracker for almost a week, while my insurance was advised it would be fitted before delivery. Was assisted by Jacob Matlala, who handled his part of the call well.
